RESERVATION POLICIES
The cancellation policy is based on the rate plan the guest chooses at the time of booking; we have the following options:
- Flexible 24 hours:
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
The customer will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 24 hours of the arrival date. If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
The customer will have to pay the full price of the reservation in advance 24 hours before the arrival date.
- Non-refundable:
The customer will have to pay the full price of the booking if they cancel at any time.
The customer will have to pay the full price of the reservation in advance at any time.
If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings (Non-Refundable)
Please note that group bookings are subject to a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of when the cancellation notification is received.
In case of non-show on the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be applied.
