TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We appreciate your choice to stay at Hotel Palacio Cantón - Valladolid, and we ask that you strictly adhere to our regulations, which are designed for your own benefit.

All persons staying at the hotel, during their stay, are subject to these regulations, which are considered a contract of adhesion that must be complied with.

Otherwise, Management reserves the right of admission and continued stay.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For arrivals after this time, it is important to contact the hotel to keep your room.

Check out by 12:00 hrs. After that time, the hotel will be entitled to charge an extra fee according to the current rate.


RECORD:

All guests must register before entering the hotel. Accommodation is non-transferable.

Upon check-in, you must present a photo ID and a valid credit card.

All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in, are not guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.


CONDITIONS FOR STAYS WITH CHILDREN:

Children of any age can be accommodated.

Children aged 7 and over will be considered adults at this accommodation.

Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult, either a parent, legal guardian or designated responsible adult.


RIGHT OF ADMISSION:

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to occasional visitors and under no circumstances will they be allowed access to the rooms.

In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor.


QUIET HOURS:

To ensure you and all other guests have a more pleasant stay, please keep the volume at a moderate level from 10:00 PM onwards.


OTHERS:

Any damage caused by guests to objects, movable or immovable property, owned by the hotel, will be their sole responsibility, and they must pay for the repair of them.

It is strictly forbidden to hang clothes, towels, or any other items over railings and public areas.


We have limited parking spaces; reservations are not accepted and parking is subject to availability. If no spaces are available, we recommend parking on the street directly in front of the hotel or using an external parking lot not affiliated with the hotel, which will incur an extra charge.


When a guest uses the hotel parking lot, the establishment is not responsible for partial or total damage to the vehicle or for objects left inside it.


No pets allowed.


The administration disclaims all responsibility for the loss of jewelry, cash, documents or other valuables of any kind kept in the rooms, as there is a safety deposit box for their safekeeping.


No refunds or credits are issued due to severe weather, tropical storms, or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a direct hit, accident, or significant threat of a hurricane. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against such unforeseen events.


No refunds or credits are issued for early departures, modifications, or cancellations of flights, due to any circumstance.


If the services are not to your complete satisfaction, please ask for the manager in charge, who will be happy to help you.
